Thus spoke Mugabe: "Zimbabwe is Mine."
And the people responded: "Yes, Your Excellency. Zimbabwe is yours, and we are your, your, your, what do you call those Africans who were shipped to America some three to four hundred years ago? Slaves? We are your slaves, Your Excellency. Do with us what you wish. Kill us, subject us to cholera and other forms of inhumanities. We are yours."

Dear Cogito,
Are we not in the danger of rehashing and peddling an opinion manufactured by the originators of the Zimbabwean problem, as the authentic rendition of the true problem with Zimbabwe.
Chomsky had shown us how opinion and consents are manufactured in service of the imperial enterprise. Mugabe is a useless dinosaur, who belongs to the museums of irrelevance quite right. But is he the problem with Zimbabwe?
Don't you think that a more integral approach to the Zimbabwean problem will yield what the actual Zimabwean impasse is all about, and what the solutions to that should look like?
Respectfully yours,
